Meat Balls for noodles


Meat Balls for noodles

1 lb ground meat( I use turkey)
1 onion chopped
3 garlic cloves crushed
1 egg ( I leave out)
1/4 c bread crumbs
3 T Ketchup
1/4 c Parsley fresh(I used less dried)
1/4 c Parmesan
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper

Mix together and form in to balls 1-1 1/2 in.
Fry in 3 T oil. Mix into sauce, serve with noodles.
