Southwestern Rice and Veggie Cakes

2C brown rice cooked
4 egg beaten
1 c bread crumbs
3/4 c shredded cheese mex blend

combine well, form into patties, fry in frying pan, turning carefully

1/2 c sour cream
2 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp chili powder
chopped cilantro

combine and garnish
